Can we hold our legal ceremony at the venue?
Not yet. We are not licensed for civil ceremonies, so the legal ceremony needs to happen elsewhere for now. Your reception, dinner and celebration can all take place here on the same day.
How many guests can you seat for a wedding?
Up to 350 guests in the Arcadia Ballroom, with Castle Green Hall available for smaller celebrations of up to 350.
Can we use our own caterer?
Yes. You can bring an approved caterer, which makes it straightforward to serve South Asian, African, Caribbean and other cuisines. Ask us for the current catering terms when you enquire.
How long is the hire day?
Wedding hire is a 16-hour day, with time to dress the room in the morning and celebrate late into the evening.
Is there parking and easy access for guests?
There are 50+ free on-site parking spaces, step-free access, and rail, river and bus routes for guests travelling in.
