Can I download the floor plans?

Capacities and measured room sizes are published openly on this page and on every venue page. The drawn floor plans sit behind the enquiry form: send us a few details and they unlock straight away, and we email them with our reply.

Can I hold more than one space at once?

Yes. The Ballroom, Castle Green Hall and the four meeting rooms can be combined for a main session plus breakouts. Use the capacity finder above, then tell us the shape of your day.

Are the room dimensions final?

The dimensions published for the Arcadia Ballroom and Castle Green Hall come from measured floor plans. Capacities shown as confirmed are firm; where a figure is marked indicative we will update the page as soon as it is signed off.

How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?

The same working day. Agents receive an RFP response within 4 to 24 hours.

Is there a virtual tour?
