How many people does the Arcadia Ballroom seat?

Up to 350 theatre-style, which is the licensed occupancy for the room. Banquet, cabaret, reception (standing) and classroom layouts are published on this page at that cap or lower.

Is the ballroom step-free?

It is on the first floor with lift and step-free access from the lobby.

Does hall hire include AV?

Yes. Full-day ballroom hire includes the in-house Arcadia AV rig. Broadcast packages add multi-camera recording and livestreaming.
